Storage & shelf life
Unopened: 24 months at room temperature. Opened: use within 1 month, store cool and dark, avoid humidity.
Preparation
- For 400 g pack: mix 200 g of powder with 300 ml cold water or 400 ml coffee cream. Freeze for about 1.5 hours.
- Whip 2–5 minutes until airy, then freeze again for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- As a rule of thumb, 1 kg of powder yields approximately 4–6 L of ice cream.
- Made and packed in Estonia.
Ingredients
- Vanilla: POWDERED SUGAR, coconut fat powder, SKIM MILK POWDER, maltodextrin, thickener guar gum, vanilla cream flavour, stabilisers (triphosphates, sodium alginate, potassium phosphate), emulsifier mono‑ and diglycerides of fatty acids.
- Chocolate: POWDERED SUGAR, coconut fat powder, SKIM MILK POWDER, maltodextrin, cocoa and chocolate powder, thickener guar gum, stabilisers (triphosphates, sodium alginate, potassium phosphate), emulsifier mono‑ and diglycerides of fatty acids.
